Políticas

  • Se requiere un depósito de seguridad $100 al momento del check-in para cubrir posibles imprevistos (como daños a la propiedad, pérdida o llaves no devueltas, si se debe cambiar la cerradura, etc., etc.).

  • Cancelaciones:

  • Para un reembolso del 100%, Debe cancelar 5 días completos antes de las 3:00pm

  • Si cancelas con menos de 5 días de antelación, Recibe un reembolso del 100%, menos el depósito de seguridad $100.

  • Si cancelas el mismo dia, no habrá rembolso de la estadía, solo el depósito de seguridad $100.

  • Los días festivos y fines de semana largos (como Acción de Gracias, Semana Santa / vacaciones de primavera, 4 de julio, fin de semana del Día del Trabajo, etc.) pueden requerir un mínimo de 3 noches o más; comuníquese con el anfitrión antes de realizar su solicitud de reserva. La temporada navideña puede requerir un mínimo de 3 a 7 noches. Comuníquese con el anfitrión antes de realizar su solicitud de reserva.

Reglas 

  • You acknowledge that a $100 security deposit is required at check-in to cover potential incidentals (such as property damage, lost or unreturned keys, if the lock needs to be changed, etc., etc.).

  • A contract with all the rules established by the host will be sent during the stay and must be signed with the security deposit before check in.

  • Customers will not create noise or disturbances that may disturb surrounding property owners. Quiet hour begins at 10 pm and after this time outside noise should be kept to a minimum.

  • No smoking inside the property or terraces. Smoke or vape in grassy areas and throw cigarettes in the trash can, not on the ground or sand.

  • Do not throw garbage on the beach, or in the gardens or surrounding areas.

  • Unregistered guests or visitors are allowed from the beginning, but you are responsible for ensuring that these people follow the house rules, and park in the assigned area, otherwise you may be penalized with the security deposit. Please note that no inflatable mattress is provided and the capacity of the house is 10 people.

  • Do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. Enjoy your meal in the dining room or on any of the outdoor terraces.

  • Use of the BBQ Grill is free. And we include aluminum foil to protect it. Must be left CLEAN prior to departure. (Failure to do so will incur an additional cost of $40.

  • Keep a close eye on your children while they are outside; garden, near the fence and the jacuzzi. We are not responsible for any accidents.

  • Keep an eye on your pet at all times; Pets are NOT allowed in the beds and the use of a house or cage at night is recommended. Any accident found on mats or furniture will have an additional cost of $40.

  • Wash dishes and throw away trash before delivering.

  • Be sure to turn off lights and all electronic devices when you leave home. Don't forget to close the windows and close the door.

  • Report any damage and/or breakage in a reasonably timely manner. Damage exceeding the amount of the security deposit must be paid by the guests.

  • If the client violates any of the terms of this agreement, the rental will be terminated immediately. The client must vacate the premises on the expiration date and time of this agreement.
